What’s a CSA?
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a seasonal subscription to a farm’s produce and products. Members pay a subscription fee prior to the growing season, and in exchange they receive a weekly bundle of fresh produce once the growing season begins.
A CSA is a highly beneficial model for both members and farmers because it provides a direct outlet for food grown by the farmers (no waste + financial assurance) while supporting the optimal health and culinary enjoyment of its members, all while fostering strong relationships within our local community!

Our CSA
Start Date: Saturday, June 1, 2024
End Date: Saturday, September 28, 2024
Total Weeks: 18 weeks of fresh seasonal food
Pick-up options:
Saturdays at our booth at the Port Townsend Saturday Market
Saturday afternoons at White Lotus Farm & Inn (about five miles south of the Chimacum Corner Farmstand)
What’s included in each weekly share:
2-3 greens (salad mix, pea shoots, saute greens, spinach, head lettuce)
2-3 seasonal vegetables/fruits (root veggies, alliums, asian greens, legumes, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.)
1-2 herb bundles

Once per month: a surprise farm gift!
VIP access to our shoulder season crops
We will start sending a weekly fresh sheet of available food starting in April, and you can choose to purchase anything your heart desires and pick-up at the farm at your convenience. We will resume this routine once the CSA ends through the month of October. This allows members to have access to our produce for the entirety of our growing season!
CSA Open House at White Lotus Farm (farm tour + refreshments). Date TBD.
Pricing
Veggie Share: $700
The price of our CSA shares considers a $25-$30 weekly value of produce plus our administrative time to manage the weekly shares and member communication.
Payment Options
We offer three payment options:
Pay in full within 30 days of sign-up. This is our most appreciated option. Your share will be fully and officially secured upon receipt of payment.
Pay half within 30 days of sign-up, and pay the other half anytime before/on our deadline on Sunday, April 30, 2024. Your share will be secured upon receipt of your initial deposit. Reminder emails will be sent one month prior to the payment deadline for any outstanding balances.
Pay for your share with SNAP benefits. The stipulation with this option is that you must pay for your weekly share in person at our booth at the Port Townsend Saturday Market. We are able to accept a limited number of SNAP members, so please let us know when you sign-up if you plan to use SNAP benefits for your CSA share.

Is there someone in your life who would love the gift of local fresh food? Do you know anyone who could use some help with accessing quality foods? Or maybe you love the idea of supporting a small farm but aren’t able to commit to receiving a full season of food. Whatever the reason may be, gifting health and happiness through food is a beautiful thing. Even if you don’t have anyone in mind, we are partners with local organizations that promote food access for those in need, so your CSA donation would go entirely to a local family.
